Drummer Owen Clark is a composer, historian and author. His pieces for percussion are performed worldwide and he has just completed a book entitled Musical Ghosts, Winnipeg’s Jazz and Dance Band Musicians and Singers – 1914-1966. Currently he performs with the Owen Clark Band, the Owen Clark Big Band, the Ragtime Strutters, and the Owen Clark Jass Band. He also freelances with many bands, singers, and performing groups in the Winnipeg area.
