In its 10-year history, Moses Mayes has performed over 500 shows, won two WCMA awards, released four albums, shared the stage with funk legends James Brown and Herbie Hancock, and has headlined countless club tours and festival appearances. As Canada’s most celebrated funk-fusion collective, the band celebrates a decade of music in 2009 by headlining the closing day of the Jazz Winnipeg Festival for the 7th year in a row.
