Fall 2019 Concert Series
Our fall concert series has been a real pleasure to present. We kicked things off in a big way on Friday October 18 with Delfeayo Marsalis & the Uptown Jazz Orchestra. The band brought real a New Orleans party the Park Theatre, with locals Erin Propp & Larry Roy opening the show.
On November 2, the Mariachi Ghost released their latest album Puro Dolor at the Planetarium at the Manitoba Museum in dramatic fashion. The evening was full of excitement and activity, including tacos from BMC Market, an altar for Day of the Dead, and the Touch the Universe gallery open to attendees.
Finally, we wrapped things up with indie rockers Close Talker at the Good Will Social Club on November 27 with locals ATLAAS. A dreamy evening of soulful music on a cold November night was the perfect finale to the series.
