Special guest: Jon Gordon

Led by Brazilian guitarist Emmanuel Bach, this trio brings together the sophistication of modern jazz with the rhythmic richness of Brazilian music. Emmanuel, originally from Brazil, is now a key figure in the Winnipeg jazz scene, performing around the city and teaching at the U of M Jazz Program. 

Each Saturday night performance features an opening set by the trio, followed by a set with a different special guest each week. And if a familiar face from the local music community happens to be in the house, don't be surprised if Emmanuel waves them up for a tune!
