Quintin Bart presents The Oroboro Vignettes—an original collection of neo-Baroque works for hurdy gurdy chamber ensemble. Rich with expressive, dreamlike textures, the music unfolds through lush harmonies and melodies inspired by Slavic folk song and old-world fiddle traditions.
Premiering amid the enchanting riverbank setting of the St. Norbert Arts Centre, the seven-piece ensemble brings together some of Winnipeg's finest musicians from a wide range of musical backgrounds.
