Papa Mambo is a renowned Latin jazz and salsa orchestra based in Winnipeg, Canada. Founded in 1989 by the Chilean-born classical guitarist Rodrigo Muñoz, the band has become a long-standing fixture in the Canadian Latin music scene. They specialize in jazz-inflected Latin rhythms, including Afro-Cuban music, and salsa.

The group is led by the charismatic Muñoz, often called "Winnipeg's undisputed salsa king." While often performing as a full 9 or 10-piece orchestra with a horn section and an aggressive rhythm section, they also appear in smaller configurations like the Papa Mambo Trio or Quartet.

Their accomplishments include performing with international superstar Tito Puente and the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra, as well as earning a nomination for a Western Canadian Music Award.

Known for their high-energy, danceable music, they are a popular live act at local events like the Jazz Winnipeg Festival, The Winnipeg Folk Festival as well as many other Canadian Music Festivals
