Trio Los Laureles is a guitar and vocal harmony trio that plays folk Latin American music from every country in the sub-continent. They perform original and classic Latin American trio music with virtuosic “requinto” (a type of guitar) passages and beautiful three-part harmonies.
Trio Los Laureles is made up of seasoned Winnipeg-based Latin musicians, Emiliano Flores (El Salvador), Victor Bustamante (Chile), Rafael Talavera. Trio Los Laureles is well known in the Latin music scene in Winnipeg, having played the festival circuit, been featured guests with the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra, as well as any serenade you can imagine.
