Jazz at the Fort Garry Hotel returns for 2026/2027 season

WINNIPEG, MB — July 30, 2026 — Jazz Winnipeg is proud to once again partner with its friends at the Fort Garry Hotel to present the return of Jazz at the Fort Garry Hotel, a weekly concert series in The Club Room running on Sunday evening from September 2026 to May 2027. The upcoming season marks the 4th year of the collaboration.
Presented with support from Long & McQuade, Jazz at the Fort Garry Hotel brings audiences into one of Winnipeg’s most intimate live music rooms for weekly performances spanning jazz, blues, soul, creative music, and more.
Jazz Winnipeg is pleased to continue bringing live performance to the room each week, building on the success of the 2025/2026 Jazz at the Fort Garry Hotel season that saw regularly sold out shows throughout the season.
The longstanding collaboration is a cornerstone of Jazz Winnipeg’s evolution as an arts organization serving the Winnipeg community. Well-known for the annual Winnipeg International Jazz Festival in June, Jazz Winnipeg is active with year-round programming, professional development for local artists (Canadian Jazz Summit, jazzahead!) and increasingly, expanding its international focus.
During this year’s Winnipeg International Jazz Festival (June 16-21), The Club Room hosted the popular International Jazz Showcase, featuring world-class artists from Canada, the United States, Iceland, Denmark, France, Spain, and beyond. The showcase evolved in part from participation in jazzahead! Europe’s largest music conference and festival dedicated to the jazz industry.
Jazz Winnipeg will announce the full Fort Garry Hotel 2026/2027 season in stages, beginning with the September lineup:

The season will feature a mix of touring artists, local legends, rising stars, and special projects created for the intimate Club Room setting.
